RunFrog App Subscription Terms
Buying in the online shop:
- One month, 6 months or 12 months subscription paid in one lump sum
- A 2-week trial period, during which we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with the app.
- Once the trial expires, your account will automatically expire.
Buying in the app store:
Monthly Subscription:
when you are buying from the app store the All subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel before the next billing date.
- Two weeks free trial
- After that, €25 per month.
- Billed every 30 days.
- All subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel before the next billing date.
6-Month Subscription:
- Price: €99.
- Save €51 with this subscription.
- Billed every six months on the same day you joined the service.
12-Month Subscription:
- Price: €150.
- Save €150 with this subscription.
- Billed once a year on the same day you joined the service.
Cancellation of Subscription:
- Android: You can cancel the subscription by going to your profile and selecting the ‘Cancel RunFrog Subscription’ option. After confirmation, you will not be billed again. If the free trial period has ended, you will be charged for the next period.
- IPhone: To cancel, the subscription must be done through the Apple Store, and you can find more specific instructions there. https://support.apple.com/fi-fi/HT202039
