HOW TO PURCHASE THE RUNFROG APP

YOU CAN PURCHASE THE APP HERE ON OUR WEBSHOP OR DIRECTLY FROM THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE/APPLE APP STORE.

 

If you purchase the app via the website, we will create your account manually and send you instructions on how to activate the app by email. In this case, do not create the credentials for the application yourself!

The Runfrog app

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS & HELP

You can download the app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Google Play Store

First, fill in your personal information for the RunFrog app (Name, Email, Phone number and Password). 

The app will then redirect you to your credit card details/Paypal account via PayPal. 

NOTE: you will not be charged anything until the end of the free trial period, we only store your details for future reference. Once you have filled in your details, you will be able to access the RunFrog app.

Cancellation of Subscription (Android):
You can cancel your subscription by going to your profile and selecting the ‘Cancel RunFrog Subscription’ option. After confirmation, you won’t be charged again. If the free trial period has ended, we will only charge for the next period.

APP STORE

First, fill in your personal information for the RunFrog app (Name, Email, Phone number and Password).

Then the app will redirect you to the App store to become a member (billing will be done through the App store). NOTE: you will not be charged until the end of the free trial period,

All subscriptions will automatically renew, you can cancel your subscription before the next payment date.

Cancellation of Subscription (iPhone):
To cancel the subscription, you must do so through the App Store.
